To be the target of a criminal investigation and subsequent arrest for criminal charges can be one of the most devastating, anxiety-producing events one can face in life. Here are the results from yesterday through a reproductive rights lens and what they mean for our work going forward. As you know, the political landscape of the country shifted significantly overnight with anti-choice forces increasing their strength in the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, governorships and statehouses. The House of Representatives likely gained forty-nine anti-choice members with several races still being decided. The Senate retained a slim but diminished pro-choice majority with two races still being counted. There are already members of Congress who would use any means to block access to abortion, and they now have new allies. We anticipate that the anti-choice leadership in the House will aggressively attempt to push through measures designed to stop all health insurance policies from covering abortion services, even for those who work in the private sector and pay for premiums out of their own paychecks. We look to pro-choice members of Congress to be a bulwark against such rights violations, and to the President for his leadership. The Society was quick to spot Hitler’s potential and to exploit his astonishing personal magnetism. He could transform crowds into hysterical worshippers and mesmerise even the strongest of men. Power seemed to course through him, with waves of emotion whipping up those around him into frenzy and at times, people seemed to feel he appeared possessed by a violent entity. before leaving office, purporting to give any President the lawful authority to swap out police for federal troops if local police officers weren’t effective enough – and the President gets to decide when that is. Referring to police as “peace officers” never made so much sense. Strangely enough we haven’t heard Obama rushing to reporters, clamoring to fix this roughly Buick-sized hole in the Constitution left by Bush. With the U.S. stockpiling military hardware from all over the world that’s specifically designed to quell mass uprising (tanks, chemical weapons trucks, etc.) and staffing so many military personnel and their families on military bases that they’re reduced to living in tents, I’m sure we can trust that this is just a matter of simple oversight on President Obama’s part and that he will address the legislation – as well as the concentration camps being built on U.S. soil – in his own due time. If you’re against political theology, you’re likely an anti-cleric, but it’s possible to imagine religious practice without theology. I think that’s really where anarchists, and where Tolstoy is. His faith is not based on the imposition of external rules. In The Slavery of Our Times, he writes that you can’t have free agreement if you’re constantly being threatened by some kind of punishment, in this world or the afterlife. Faith is about mobilising what’s good in you and others in order to live a better life.
As for revisiting the antitrust laws, that can’t be put back in the tube. Besides, the government is powerless against these super global monopolies. They couldn’t do it to AIG in 2008, and the government had leverage then. The criminal procedural law provides for the defense of the accused. However, due to the structure of the PRC’s government and its organs, there is little balance in cases where it should theoretically be present. While I don’t agree with many of your assertions I do believe Obama has his own agenda that has nothing to do with the middle class. The stock assertion with banks is not going to happen. If you understand how the Private Bank (i.e. Federal Reserve) works you should know that the privately held banks are already secretly owned. The Government doesn’t need to convert shares of stock to have any influence. It is IMPOSSIBLE to find out who owns what because the owners are protected by Corporate Law. This is not so much about what Obama is doing to shift to socialism, it’s about money and World Government. The middle class is already a slave class to the credit markets. Since a free market empowers the individual, companies are forced to discover ways to meet the myriad wants of every person, whereas in socialism the only thing you get is what your “class” wants and needs. Various large parts of this Ideology are identical to Socialism and Fascism, including the ideas that the use of courts, bureaucracies—even the police and military—should be used to accomplish goals that would never be approved by a Democracy or a Republic (such as The United States of America under its current Constitution). Some people are just confused. They don’t even know what socialism stands for. Democratic socialism is something that may sound good but does not work. Bernie Sanders wants you to believe Denmark is the model of democratic socialism. The Danish prime minister said they are not a socialist country. They do have high taxes and provide a safety net for all their citizens. That is a form of government charity, not government owned and controlled of the mechanism of production. Those are very different things. Instruction – At the close of a jury trial, the explanation given by the judge to the jury concerning the laws pertaining to the case and the application of the laws to the facts of the case. The progress made by neo-capitalism, particularly in Europe, where imperialism is adopting preferential investments, encouraging the development of a privileged proletariat and thus lowering the revolutionary level of the working classes; the open or concealed neocolonial position of some European states which, like Portugal, still have colonies; the so-called policy of ‘aid for undeveloped countries’ adopted by imperialism with the aim of creating or reinforcing native pseudo-bourgeoisies which are necessarily dependent on the international bourgeoisie, and thus obstructing the path of revolution.
