Criminal law is one of the most common types of law practiced in the United States. First of all, you have to be organized. Second, you must be persistent and patient. Third, you must monitor progress by staying in touch with your credit-granting vendors. For example, if you buy office equipment and supplies at Office Depot for your business, rather than use your personal credit card, open an account in the name of your business and ask for a line of credit. Even if you can afford to pay the full amount when it becomes due, make your payments on time and over a 90 to 120 day period. Then be sure to ask the vendor (in this example, Office Depot) to report not under your personal name but under the name of the business. Explain you are trying to build company credit for your business. Furthermore, while Soviet-style, bureaucratic socialism is dead – relative flexibility of capital flows is preferable to a stifling “command economy” – the same need not be said for the project of a “democratic mixed economy” where the flow of capital is itself democratised through Meidner-style wage earner funds, and where co-operative enterprises proliferate throughout the economic system. Restitution – When a criminal defendant pays money to the victim of a crime to reimburse the victim for a financial loss occurring as a result of the defendantís criminal activity. Beyond a Reasonable Doubt – The standard in a criminal case requiring that the jury be satisfied to a moral certainty that every element of a crime has been proven by the prosecution. This standard of proof does not require that the state establish absolute certainty by eliminating all doubt, but it does require that the evidence be sufficiently conclusive that all reasonable doubts are removed from the mind or the ordinary person. I agree. That’s why we make the Government take an oath to uphold the constitution. If they don’t, they’re a liar and should be voted out. It’s an easy way to separate liars from honest people. This was largely not an upstanding time in our nation’s foundation history. The whitewashing of events began to change the image of the Saints and Strangers (about half and half) on the Mayflower in order to create a more wholesome and holy picture. This image was cultivated to enhance retail sales and to encourage America to fit an image of holiness and priority by a US business woman – Sarah Hale – beginning around 1840. Retailers like F & R Lazarus and Macy’s jumped on board later to insist that Thanksgiving become a national holiday. The Humanitarian Law Project, which was founded in 1985 and is “dedicated to protecting human rights and promoting the peaceful resolution of conflict by using established international human rights law and humanitarian law,” filed a lawsuit in 1998 challenging the “material support or resources” provisions of § 2339B. The lawsuit’s long convoluted history found its way to the U.S. Supreme Court and, on June 21, 2010, that court in Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project upheld the constitutionality of the terrorism statute.

But the Obama Administration departs radically from the American tradition. But is it? Socialism has some big drawbacks that are not always visible on the surface and that could, over the long haul, hamper the overall progess of your country. Socialism is like smoking pot, your problems do not go away, but you care about them less. To clarify, Socialism makes the ‘status quo’ ok and encourages us, as a people , to not advance ourselves or to not better ourselves. Consider, if you were poor in America and had to pay the rent you would be motivated to improve your circumstances, and in so doing improve yourself. You would look for a better job, or seek out some form of higher education or skill training in order to correct the issue of being poor. In a socialist country, if you are poor then no worries the government will pay for things for you such as rent, food whatever. In the end, this makes it OK to be poor and removes the motivation to improve ourselves. This can be detrimental to a nationstate’s future social development. The socialist system only works well when a massive majority of the people are working and paying into that system. In a socialist state, when things like unemployment start to go up more people are on the rolls and this reduces the amount of actual taxpayers paying into the system. The motivation to improve yourself and get a new job or to be enterprising are greatly reduced as the hardships experienced through a loss of employment are greatly reduced. The Deputies to the National Assembly may question the President of the Republic, the President of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, Ministers and other members of the Government, the President of the Supreme People’s Court and the Procurator General. The person who is questioned must answer in person to the National Assembly at its session. In case investigation is required, the National Assembly may decide to convey the question either to Standing Committee or to the next session, or by written response. The deputies to the National Assembly may also require the state agencies, social organizations, economic organizations, and the armed force units to answer any questions put to them. The Head of such agencies, organizations and units are obliged to answer within the period of time as provided by the law. The fundamentals of Marxism are about full and complete human liberation—not so different from anarchist aspirations. As Marx once wrote, All socialists see anarchy as the following program: Once the aim of the proletarian movement — i.e., abolition of classes — is attained, the power of the state, which serves to keep the great majority of producers in bondage to a very small exploiter minority, disappears, and the functions of government become simple administrative functions.”46 The differences are over the road to liberation.

I had read somewhere that some more cuts on the Foodstamps are in the works, and the poorer denizens of America will be made even much more poorer-meanwhile, some blindly hate and distrust Obama, who, by the way, is battling to make them comfortable and fed-yet, they are supporting his detractors, even if they are affected by the policies and actions of this motley crew of destroyers of the American civilization by executing an all out war against the poor. Deferred Sentence – A sentence that is postponed to a future time. After conviction, the judge does not announce or impose a sentence, but defers sentencing to a future date so that the defendant will complete certain conditions, such as attending driving school or completing a probationary period. If the person completes the requirements, the case will be dismissed and will not be part of the defendant’s criminal record. 2008: Corporate Express , a Dutch company that supplies office products to businesses and institutions. The firm was known as Buhrmann prior to April 20, 2007, when it changed its trading name to that of its best known brand, taken from the United States-based corporation it acquired in 1999. The company was acquired by Staples Inc. in August 2008, and has been integrated into the Staples Advantage brand. Staples Inc. is an American office retail company. It is primarily involved in the sale of office supplies and related products, via retail channels and business-to-business (B2B)-oriented delivery operations. While there is a parliament, the National People’s Congress , it merely rubberstamps the decisions taken by the party leadership. Basically, in a democracy, the head of state is usually a president, and the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote (which is then exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them). Capitalism is part of democracies (not communist or socialist countries). The community as a whole does not own all of the property and wealth in a democracy. In a criminal action, a financial obligation, sometimes referred to as a bail bond, on behalf of a criminal defendant to ensure the defendant will appear in court at a future date. Partisan economics prevail and budgets are cut and rebalanced at the last minute at the time of election- always at the expense of the public. Historical influences, elitist loyalties, scandal, cronyism, no confidence votes and rivalries plague all the political parties- all breaches of public trust. This hampers democracy with bureaucracy.

Obama’s latest announcement of intent to grant the EPA regulatory authority over greenhouse gas emissions, without benefit of congressional approval, is yet another step in his socialistic agenda. Barrack Obama and the EPA appear to follow the tenets of the FAO. Once the basic authority of the federal government, via the EPA, is legally in place, then in the years to come we will see the implementation of several key agenda items, that look very much like your description of socialism. The initial response to yesterday’s opening of the state and federal exchanges that are providing affordable insurance plans to Americans who previously could not obtain coverage has Obamacare proponents dancing. Millions of Americans were not scared away by Koch-financed ads. Sure, there were glitches and websites crashed. 2 Vine. Deloria, American Indians, American Justice. (Austin: University of Texas Press, 1983) p.11. The sources of Bourdieu’s ethnographic authority ranged as widely as his oeuvre, though the core contributions to the public perception of his authority were: his innovative creation of a terminological system that attempted (succeeded?) to end the bifurcation of the theoretical and philosophical approaches to the social sciences; his combination of theory and practice, quantitative data and qualitative interpretation – essentially, a combination of experiential and interpretive authority, in Clifford’s terminology (Clifford 1983:142); his illustrious academic credentials and eventual role as a prominent ‘public intellectual’ engaged in activism scholarship; and his prodigious, prolific, and encompassing professional output. The extent of his overall achievement being still open to debate in academia, it seems safe to say, based solely on the mounting citations of his work, that the continued examination and concomitant understanding of his texts will continue to yield new surprises, insights, and tools for the engaged social scientist and any individual interested in understanding human society. He explained, For over 30 years, real incomes have stagnated or declined. This is in large part the consequence of the decision in the 1970s to financialize the economy.” This constitutes ‘class resentment,’ as The bankers, who are primarily responsible for the crisis, are now reveling in record bonuses while official unemployment is around 10 percent and unemployment in the manufacturing sector is at Depression-era levels.” This same financial industry is directly linked to Obama, who is supporting their interests, and people are noticing.
